Quality Engineer - Automotive division (2+ years)
  • Responsible for managing new product development activities from concept to launch.
  • Prepare and review product drawings, BOMs, and design-related documents.
  • Ensure effective implementation of engineering changes (ECN/PCN).
  • Interact with customers for technical discussions and feedback.
  • Support prototype development and validation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.
  • Assist in cost reduction, value engineering, and Kaizen activities.
  • Understand and analyze customer technical requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit PPAP documents as per AIAG and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support continual improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct DFMEA, PFMEA, and support in creating Control Plans.
  • Operate machinery for LED assembly, Thick Film Resistance production, and Hybrid Circuit manufacturing.
  • Perform quality inspections and basic testing as per QMS standards.
  • Maintain workstations and ensure production targets.
  • Follow safety protocols and report process improvements.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices.
  • Test, Debug, And Validate Hardware Against Internal And Customer Requirements, Including Led Driver Endurance Testing.
  • Drive End‑To‑End Hardware Design: Schematics, PCB Prototyping, Assembly, And Performance Validation With Characterization Data.
  • Prepare Complete Technical Documentation, PCB Drawings, And BOMS, And Support Design Reviews And Test Plans.
  • Study Issues, Propose Corrective/Improvement Actions, And Benchmark Competitor Products To Guide New Designs.
